Help How to configure NPF Rules for ICS access

(OP)
Hi there!!!... How can I configure Norton Personal Firewall 2003 to allow ICS in a very small network (2 machines)?. I have two machines running under Win2k SP3. One of them are connected to my ISP (Cable), the other is connected using crossover UTP cable; file sharing is running OK between them but when I want access the Internet I just got nothing... I review the Program Control access and is ok... the other thing to check is the Advanced tab for Firewall configuration, General Rules, but here I get "lost" ... how and what to add to a new rule?... Thanks
