Not able to print in access

Unable to print in access. The error message tells me that I have

RE: Not able to print in access

Can you Print Preview? When you try to use File > Print do you get the print dialog box with the printer showing?

RE: Not able to print in access

We have the same problem but only when printing to Small Business server fax printer. Anyone know the fix?

RE: Not able to print in access

yes I can go print to preview.

RE: Not able to print in access

So, Print Preview works. If you click File > Print does the dialog box come up or is that when you get the error? If that's not when you get the error when is it that you DO get it? What steps do you use? Which version of Access are you using? Which OS? Networked printer or local? Has it ever printed correctly from Access?

RE: Not able to print in access

Thanks for letting us know the solution.

RE: Not able to print in access

make sure that WinFax isn't in the background.
