Using statements in a file, what is the best way to clear any uncomplete statements before the statements(; or commit;)?

Using the http://developer.mimer.se/validator/index.htm it suggest commit;

RE: ; or commit; ?

In what context are you? Are you running BSQL?

RE: ; or commit; ?

Okey, what I want is to bee sure that there isn't any uncomplete statements. So I think a better way is to close the connection and reopen it.

The reason for the q is a script I saw that used a ; as the first statement, and that normally generates a error.

I used Mimer WSQL util, but shoud be the same in any tool.

RE: ; or commit; ?

I think you can set autocommit on/off in WSQL. Then you have a commit-button.

RE: ; or commit; ?

OK, I take a look, Thanks!
