Netscape 7.1 "connection refused"

Netscape 7.1 "connection refused"

Netscape 7.1 "connection refused"

config: win2000, dell laptop, WIN2000 SBS server,LAN attached, lynksys router.
Had to replace hard drive and re-installing new software.Tried to install NS7.1 but when executing the NSSetup.exe I rx a connection error. Apparently netscape doesn't see the lan connection ( i.e. I entered the proper proxy settings ). Can get to internet just fine with IE and ftp clients. Tried loading the software locally but now I receive "connection was refused" error when entering in any URL. Did not have this problem in the past. Has anyone else experienced this?
