How to connect a Definity G3Si to Mitel SX200

I currently use a Definity G3SI pbx and need to warm transfer calls to a Mitel SX200 pbx. If you can give me any tips on how i can do this, that would be great.

whats a warm transfer?

what type of SX200?

Mitel supports E&M, T1, PRI (qsig if you are using a late version SX200)
