Rightfax 8.0, Services running but enterprise fax manager says differ

I have a 2000 server box running rightfax 8.0.  After upgrading to SP4 Enterprise fax manager util states that the rightfax rpc server module and the rightfax database module are not running when in fact they are.  I have been looking for anything on rightfax and there is nothing out there.
please help

RE: Rightfax 8.0, Services running but enterprise fax manager says differ

How are the services configured - I can't remember offhand, but you don't want them *all* set to autostart.

I'll check my notes, (admittedly V7.0) and get back to you!

In the mean time, I suggest that you use EFM to stop all services and then restart tem using the EFM.  BTW is the EFM running on the server or remote?

Take Care

I know that the database module and the rpc are started by the rightfax server module and they are being startred just fine.  The only problem is that I can not look at the server staqtus through the efm therefore I can't stop or start them throught that as you suggested.  The error message also told me to start the services through the server status but it gives no status.
