Password recovery on ELS100-24TX

(OP)
Hello,
I have some Cabletron ELS100-24TX, TXM and TXG switches with passwords set.  I tried the suggested "CTR" "P" (3 times) to reset.  It did not work.  I have also checked the enterysis site for help on these models.  I can not seem to find any on their site.  Does anyone know how to reset the password on these switches?  I am including the configuration on one of the ELS100-24TX switches below. Thanks in advance for help.

firmware version 1.05
sw 2.1.2.4

RE: Password recovery on ELS100-24TX

From memory the ELS100-24TX, TXM and TXG have a backdoor password derived from their MAC address and/or Serial number.

I find if you email GTAC they'll send you the passwords if you supply MAC and serial.

Don't get confused with the ELS100-TX2M which is a different beast - it soon got painted black and called the Verticle Horizon.
