Replica Stac 3.0 doesn't work with DLT drives

I have used Replica 3.0 with NT 4.0 server, Exchange 5.5 and DAT for many years without problems.
I have tested disaster recovery booting from tape and it works fine.
Now, I want to change these server and tape unit (DLT) but Replica does not work with HP DLT tapes.
How can I get an update?
Stac and Previo web sites have gone.
Does Replica 4.0 resolve that problem?
Does Replica 4.0 work on Windows 2000 server?
