craxdrt9.dll version

craxdrt9.dll version

craxdrt9.dll version

I am trying to locate this dll file in order to see if it fixes a problem we are experiencing.  Crystal Decisions knowledge base Article ID C2011343 states that this version of craxdrt9.dll will fix our OLE object image problem.  I have downloaded the hot fix and its dependency files.  I have run the .exe's on my machine and craxdrt9.dll v9.2.3.676 is not in any of the exes.  Where can I find this version (or later of craxdrt9.dll)?

thank you

RE: craxdrt9.dll version

Thanks...I forgot to reply, but I did find out what the problem was.  I was trying to install the hot fixes directly onto the runtime machine rather than on the development machine (and then copy appropriate files over to runtime machine).  The craxdrt9.dll came up in the install procedure for the hot fix on the development machine.
