after restore to a new database, how to add it in sliverstream?

if the pages and jars are not in the database you have to deploy them to it first using the designer's publish feature from another database.
if the pages are supposed to be there, drop the database from Silverstream and remove the tables Silverstream creates in it when you add it (and check if there are references to it left in silvermaster database, sometimes it's not cleaned out properly).
Then add it again. Sometimes this does the trick when adding a database didn't work well.
