PhoneManagerPro

(OP)
IpOffice403 1.4 (2210) with VMpro and no phonemanagerpro licence.

Check this one out, randomly a user has the facility of phonemanager pro. If the user logs out and logs back on again the lite version is provided.
Any ideas ?

RE: PhoneManagerPro

I seem to recall to have this problem , after we upgraded from Alchemy to Ip Office. The Alchemy phone manager pro required a complete removal including registry.

RE: PhoneManagerPro

from 1.3 phone manager pro was licenced by user not by site, could this be the problem?

RE: PhoneManagerPro

IPGuru , there are no licence installed , thanks Submerge your suggestion appears to be the case.Unfortunately the customer had a break in the old pcs are gone.We installed 4 brand spanking new pcs and guess what the fault has vanished.
Thanks

RE: PhoneManagerPro

Check user has read and write acess to the Avaya directory in regedit!

Once there you can force the PM pro to be always Pro by making a slight amedmendment to thre regisrty,

you will see in thir Phone manager pro (0/1) if 0 then the user has the opportunity to change it, if 1 then this will be set to Pro and the opportunity to change it will not be shown!
