Slow printing from Crystal Reports 8.0 on Win2000 server

(OP)
We recently upgraded one of our servers to Win2000. Since the upgrade when printing reports from within Crystal Report 8.0, it is extremely slow. I've tested out the installed printers from different applications and the speed is fine.

Has anybody experienced this problem? If so, how can we fix this?

Thanks

Perhaps the report is using a font which is not installed?

Also check the quality of printing in the print driver settings.

There may be a newer driver for your printer as well, check with the Manufacturer and MS.
