Best Palm development software for non-programmer?

What Palm OS development software should I use to develop a Palm program?  Would you suggest a different program if I was a non-programmer?

RE: Best Palm development software for non-programmer?

Well a close second to none would be Appforge
Its Visual Basic based. It loads itself in to VB6
You Need VB6 and service Pac 4 for VB
Easy(er) maybe. Cheap, No-way.
VB Pro 6 is expensive. The service pac is Free but 36 meg download from www.microsoft.com
Appforge Standard $149.00
Pro version $595

So easy(er) comes with a price.
No Palm programming software is cheap
Satellite forms $600.ish
