Can someone please tell me how I reset one of these units please? I am really struggling. I have left the "clear" switch in the normal position and have pressed the reset button but it just won't reset!

Any advice appriciated.

Regards,

Ok, managed to reset it, but now it is not picking up the ISDN cards!

God damn phone system!

RE: Panasonic KXTD 816

To reset the system you must put the switch to reset and the press button and within 10 seconds move to the hold (non reset position) for it to clear.  This is to prevent reset by accident.

Now you must tell the system what kind of cards are installed in program 109.  This is why the product is a certified dealer (trained) only produt.
