Header won't print

(OP)
Word 97 ... Windows NT 4.0. I have a client with our letterhead in the header of a template. She can see the header on screen but it won't print, and doesn't appear in print preview. She copied aletterhead from another computer and it printed once but from then on ... same as above. Any idea about what's going on and how to solve the problem?

Thanks!

RE: Header won't print

Try selecting a different printer, then look for a good print preview. If that doesn't work, go to the printer's properties and, if available, try changing (select if not selected, deselect if selected) these options: print text as graphics, print graphics as vector or raster. Bottom line, if you can't see it in print preview and you can see it in the document, it's something to do with the printer.
