Agent fails on LH3

Hi,
I'm willing to bet that this is happening on a Windows 2000 server and because you don't have the System Managemnt driver installed you can't install the Insight Agents. I ran into this problem too. After much research I found out that my BIOS was to old. I have to upgrade to one later or should I say newer than (I forget the month)1999.
I will be upgrading my System BIOS tomorrow.
