Sharing Broadband with WI-FI

(OP)
Hi all
Our exchange has finally hit its trigger point & I am looking to get broadband ASAP !
To cut costs I am wondering about sharing the connection with next door (Both XP)
Has anyone any experience of this ?
Think wireless would be the easiest, would this be able to keep up with broadband ?
Any recommends on the ISP ?
So many questions so many possibilities!!!

RE: Sharing Broadband with WI-FI

I'm sharing in several accounts, using cable , DSL, and T1.
No problems in the sharing with anyting up to XP.  But there I had problems. Has to do with updates and the need to reload stuff afterwards.
And I've found that the wireless goes offline more than hardwire. No problem rescanning an getting it back on line, just a pain.  And distance and walls can cause problems with some equipment.
