RE: IPGuru, I challenge you
Where do you guys get all of your documentation on the IPO? I am based in New Jersey, USA, about an hour from Avaya's Lyndhurst facility. I have been there twice for certifcation on IPO v1.3 and CCC v1.4. I have been working with this product now for about 10 months, Have spent countless hours on the phone with tier 3 support, and have had many tier 3 engineers come out to the sites I have installed to look at major issues I am battling. Through all of this I still can't seem to get any of these US guys to give up any good doc's on this product. It really sucks that you build your configuration based on the supplied documentation, and then find out 2 months later that the doc's are wrong and have to reprogram. AHHHHH!!
Any info, doc's or white papers would be so very much appreciated. My email is wwarren@mcstel.com
Thanks Gentleman
