I am based in New Jersey, USA, about an hour from Avaya's Lyndhurst facility. I have been there twice for certifcation on IPO v1.3 and CCC v1.4. I have been working with this product now for about 10 months, Have spent countless hours on the phone with tier 3 support, and have had many tier 3 engineers come out to the sites I have installed to look at major issues I am battling. Through all of this I still can't seem to get any of these US guys to give up any good doc's on this product. It really sucks that you build your configuration based on the supplied documentation, and then find out 2 months later that the doc's are wrong and have to reprogram. AHHHHH!!Any info, doc's or white papers would be so very much appreciated. My email is email@example.comThanks Gentleman heykid26 RE: IPGuru, I challenge you IPGuru (Vendor) 17 Jul 03 12:12 I am based in the UK, The IPO developement team are also UK based (Avayas IPO support team are less than 1/2 Mile form where I work so I know them personaly)I Mainly refer to the IPO docs CD, however most answeres have been found through trial & error.
