(OP)
To change what is displayed (or printed) in the daily, weekly and monthly calendar views you need to close sidekick then edit the xxxxINIT.SKW file.

Cal.LT=Calls
Cal.LB=To Do
Cal.RT=Appointments
Cal.RB=Viewport
determines what goes where (left top, left bottom, right top, right bottm) in the daily view. Modify as required.

WGlance.Flag=0XABCD determines what is displayed (printed) on the weekly view page.
MGlance.Flag=0XABCD determines what is displayed (printed) on the monthly view page.

The ABCD is a 4 digit hexidecimal number ranging from 0000 to FFFF. Each digit has 4 bits and is made up as follows:
A: 1=Summary, 2=Wrap, 4=Completed, 8=Regarding.
B: 0=Weekly, 1=Sunday, 2=Monday, 3=Tuesday, etc.
C: 1=ToDo, 2=App Duration, 4=Icon, 8=Week/Day of.
D: 1=MultiDay, 2=SpecialDay, 4=Appointments, 8=Calls.

For instance I use WGlance.Flag=0X407F which means my weekly view displays:
A=4: Completed items, not wrapped but no regarding info,
B=0: weekly format (others don't apply to weekly),
C=7: show ToDo, application duration and the icon but not number of the day of the week,
D=F: all items.

I use MGlance.Flag=0X221F which means my monthly view displays:
A=2: wrap items but don't show completed items or regarding info,
B=2: start the week on Monday (not Sunday)
C=1: show ToDo but not duration or the icon or the week of number,
D=F: all items.

Printing will print what is displayed.
Just remember to exit sidekick before editing the xxxxINIT.skw file then restart sidekick to view your changes.

Hope this helps keep Sidekick 99 alive a little longer.
Rob
