MySQL crash in NT4 ........ HELP !!!

(OP)
I have 2 servers both running NT 4 with service pack 4, IIS is running on one with PHP4, accessing a mySQL database on another NT4 server.

I keep getting the following crash

'The application,, generated a application error The error occured on..... The exception generated was c0000005 at address 77f6ce0c (RtlpWaitForCriticalSection)'

I'm at my wits end, and I need to urgently fix this problem.

Thanks for any help...

Darren.
