Have 12 CO lines inbound, four ports to VM, and VM auto-attendant answering all calls.  If the caller hangs up while a call is being transferred to a station, the inbound line stays active although it is not ringing anywhere.  It can be picked up at the attendant console and then hung up.  What should I look at to stop the line from hanging?  Thanks.

A disconnect from the CO? Are you getting any loop current drops or a battery reversal on disconnects?
