Can't connect to Performance Config server locally

Can't connect to Performance Config server locally

(OP)
Hello!
Unicenter 3.0 0202 and 0211 genlevels.
We have a problem with Performance Configuration  on two various sites. Both sites have a lot of discovered resources - about 700.
First, before all subnets discovery (1 subnet was discovered ) we checked that Performance Configuration launched successfully.
Then we discovered all subnets. I not sure, but at my point of view immediately after this the such a problem occured:
When we try to connect to Performance Configuration server with Perf. Config.
client (LOCALLY!) we receive a Timeout error. I analyzed                       TND\config\Capcaegc_server.log file. In both cases there is such an error:
 8:19:34 : Unable to get <Profile Types\>, rc = <5> <CAPMPFS_I_0005 Timed
out>
Tell me please: may a big amount of objects in Unicenter repository be a
reason of such a problem?
What can we do to solve this problem?
P.S. The strange is that if I restart Performance Domain Configuration Server
service and immediately launch PMclient I can  connect to server and see PM
config. window. But if I try to connect later I receive an error described
above.
With hope on your help,
Lena
