Is there any way to set up a group for VM like in Merlin system?  Our company did a lot of voicemails to the whole company (55 users) and we can't seem to find a way to do it that's easy like Merlin was.  *5 was the Merlin way I believe.  Any help appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

RE: Group Lists

Are you using Voicemail Pro? If so you could use the following short code to access the module in VMP. From there you could do anything!

*5
"?ModuleName"
Voicemail Collect

Unfortunately we just got this phone system installed and I am no expert.  In fact I got about 20minutes of training on it and I'm supposed to support it.  Do you know anyone that could help me through this?

And yes it's VM Pro with IP412 box and assorted other options.

RE: Group Lists

Your supplier should be able to assit. Did you specify exactly how you want the system to be configured before the install?

The helps files with the VMP manager is comprehensive, please review the document.
