logical error with PHP AND MIMER

I'm new to this site so I'm not sure if I can get help with this or not. I am a new php programmer and I am working on a project for my department. I have an online form. The user is supposed to enter data, then have the option, of Cancel, Preview, Submit, or Reset. If the user clicks preview, it takes them to another page with a summary. Then the user has the option of Submit or Cancel. When I click Submit from the summary page, the data is not entered into the Database but I don't get any errors either. Can anyone help me out. I will supply parts of the code if offered help. Thanks!

RE: logical error with PHP AND MIMER

The first thing you should do is to read your php.ini file and check the error reporting parts.
To show all errors, but not notices, make sure that you have the following:
error_reporting  =  E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
And equally important, make sure that you have:
display_errors = On
If display_errors=Off is set, you will not see the errors in the page. If you don't want this, you can define a log file where the errors is written with:
log_errors = On
error_log = /var/log/httpd/php_error

When this is done, try again and post the error messages here.
