RE: DND (NEC Electra Professional II)

Hey Pabell,
On your NEC DND problem,Uusually the same button toggles feature on and off but Im sure youve tried that.I didnt see what NEC system you were talking about but if you let me know I may have some info.Third option is if you can get into programming mode you may be able to see whats programmed under that button.

RE: DND (NEC Electra Professional II)

Function 69 Function to cancel.

RE: DND (NEC Electra Professional II)

The NEC has a potential to have the Feature/Func key get stuck in a loop.

Use Feature/Func 99 to stop the key from Flashing.

RE: DND (NEC Electra Professional II)

Curlycord THANKS !

FNC 69 FNC worked taking off DND

some phones were marked with incorrect Ext #
set them straight calling and marking with correct
assignments ....users picked phones up and moved
them around and could not understand why the Ext #'s
did not follow them

RE: DND (NEC Electra Professional II)

What would the procedure be for a single line phone in DND?

RE: DND (NEC Electra Professional II)

Dial 42 to cancel. This should work from the single line phone. This is the default setting. If it does not work then you have to go into programming and look it up CM 1/1/46.
Good Luck
