(OP)
I have a group that has a schedule of events. Is there a way to beam all of those events at once? Also, is there a way to upload those events to a server on the web (as a pdb file or something) so that they can be downloaded and synchronized without having to beam them directly?

Thanks all...

This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but check out PalmTask, a distributed Task Manager for Palm devices. You can find it at www.palmgear.com.
