Fatal Error Message.

Fatal Error Message.

Fatal Error Message.

(OP)
Hi all:

I have had a m515 for about 7 months, three days ago I installed the Palm Desktop 4.1 and then my PDA started to display "Fatal Exeption" error message, then it freezes and it is necesary to reset it, the problem still appears.

First I thougth it could be any of the applications I installed some months ago ( AvantGo, Games, IPCalc+, etc. ), and performed a hard Reset ( all my programs and application were erased ) but now the message still appears.  somebody suggested that I should reload the OS 4.1, but I havent' find it.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Best regards.

RE: Fatal Error Message.

When does the message appear (tap an icon in the Launcher, try to hotsync, etc)?

Hi Alphaguy:

It appears randomly, I've already performed a hard reset: then, with the factory settings and message appeared, then I reloaded all my settings using hotsync and message is on, it can appear while handheld is on the cradle, when it's turned off ( can't be turned on ) and the only solution is to perform soft resets.

I think it began when i change from Palm desktop 4.0 to 4.1.

Somebody suggested to reload the OS, but I don't know it this could work and where I can download it.

Thanks for your comments.
