What all possible things that can cause the filtering of WO status don't work in MSO621 ?
The users use option 3 (WO summary information), Mincom WO/Task Stat (O,A,C,U), and Work Group as the search keys. When they just want to search 'U' WO status (means both 'A' and 'O'), but the result is giving all WOs including WO with 'C'losed status. They said this is not happened last month.
