looking for a text/drawing application?

(OP)
I've been searching the PalmGear website for a good program that can combine text input as well as drawing. The closest I've found has been "Bug Me!", but this still falls short. I need something where I can scroll (long documents), as well as hopefully edit text after I have typed it. Basically, a program just like Memo Pad, but with drawing capability.

If nobody has a program like that or has seen one, I don't suppose any Palm developers know how to go about creating one?

I havent seen a scrollable app yet, but I like Artelope and use it frequently.
