Interactions and Transitions

Interactions and Transitions

Interactions and Transitions

I have a page that has transitions and a hot object interaction.

The hot object opens a popup window that can be closed. It should be able to be reopened multiple times.

My issue is that the interaction is not active until after the transitions have transpired. I am able to display the image that the hot object pertains to, but if I put the interaction before the transitions, the transitions never appear because the interaction never goes back to the flowchart since the window can be reopened multiple times.

Anyone have any ideas on how to make the interaction active before the transitions take place?

RE: Interactions and Transitions

You could try making the interaction a Perpetual Interaction and placing it on the flowline above your display icons with the transitions.  Just make sure that you set the "Branch" path as "Return".
