Lotus Easysync problem v4.1

(OP)
Hi there

I am having problems with communicatiing with my palm pilot m500 with easysync software. i am running notes 4.6.3.
Comminication is fine through the hoysync software supplied with the palm but anytime i try to synch with easysync it wont communicate.  when i press the hotsync buttin on the cradle it brings up the palm synch and not the easysync one, any ideas what setting i need to check?
maybe a conduit or something?

thanks

Robbie

If in doubt get the Ball Pein Hammer out

RE: Lotus Easysync problem v4.1

Hi Robbie
There may be more to it but for starters get into the HotSync menu and select 'Custom'. When the conduits are displayed select 'Change' for Notes Mail. Select the box 'Enable Notes Mail Conduit'.

Hi Robbie,
Just curious to know if this worked for you?
