Desktop Configuration problem

Desktop Configuration problem

I have a user that is using winnt and installed palm on their desktop. They cannot access it though because it says that their is a configuration problem. I have tried to cut and paste the program folder and move it from administrator (where it was set up) to the users folder. It did not work.  Any suggestions?

RE: Desktop Configuration problem

Not sure I understand... Are saying you can't hotsync because the user doesn't have administrative rights on the computer?  If this is the case, are you able to hotsync while logged in with administrative rights?
