AW Web Piece.. Embed or Call Directly??

AW Web Piece.. Embed or Call Directly??

AW Web Piece.. Embed or Call Directly??

(OP)
Is there an advantage to embedding the AW webPlayer into a cfm or asp page as opposed to launching an AAM file from a web page link ?

I want to pass variables to AW so it knows the UserID and Company ID

Would CFM be better and if so how do I get it into the AAM stream use ReadURL ??

Thanks

aja

RE: AW Web Piece.. Embed or Call Directly??

Hi aja.. just use ASP to pass a parameter to AAM. U cld do this by setting a session variables in ASP, then use ReadUrl to get the parameter.
