hi all
my win32 version of mysql 3.22.24 or 3.23.29 for that matter, keeps using some other directory as its database directory after a few mins, for example, it sometimes uses my c:\ as it's data directory and ends up giving me databases which are subdirectory on my hdd when i issue a show database command. i've checked the datadir dir, it's correct, and the mysqld daemon runs fine at the start, it uses the correct datadir and gives me the correct database, but after a few mins, it automatically switches to another datadir. can anyone help? it was like this before (i've been using win32 mysql for some time), can anyone help? this is pretty urgent, thanks!
