best way?

best way?

best way?

i have a pc, developing a database for some mac users. what is the cheapest way for me to deploy a database to their network of 4 machines, to give access to the database at all times?
any ideas?

RE: best way?

The cheapest way is probably using HTML because you don't need user licenses but you really need to be well up on 4D and web programming. The other way is to use 4D Server and multiple Clients.

RE: best way?

could i not deploy the database to one of the machines and then use the web-server to make it available to the other machines in the network? obviously with te limitations to an hour long session - and the fairly unimaginative "web-aware forms"?
