Eyecandy4000 and Fireworks MX install?

Eyecandy4000 and Fireworks MX install?

(OP)
Currently I have Photoshop 7 installed along with Eyecandy4000. I installed Fireworks MX and wanted the Eyecandy4000 Plug-Ins to work with MX. So I went into Preferences and Folders. Then I ticked off the first option and pointed to the Eyecandy4000 folder which is in Photoshop. But I can't get the filters to show up in the Filter menu. I just see the LE version of Eyecandy that came with the program. Why isn't this working?

Thanks

RE: Eyecandy4000 and Fireworks MX install?

You can't just link to it- eye candy doesn't allow it, you need to install eye candy again and tell it to install to fireworks (I had the same problem and this was the fix)

Sometimes, when my code just won't behave, I take it outside and make it listen to britney spears music, and when it comes back it's really well behaved. I wonder if it's suffering from post tramatic stress syndrome now..
