Collapsing groups in Outlook

I have my contacts grouped by company. When I enter Contacts, the groups are always expanded. If I collapse them, then go to another folder, (like inbox) and come back, again the list is expanded. Does anyone know how to get the darn things to be collapsed upon entry?
 
Under View, select Group By. The bottom right allows you to select the expand/collapse default.
