Deleting appts on handheld, then syncing, won't delete on Outlook

(OP)
Hotsync/Pocket mirror is on the right settings to sync my Palm V and Outlook - whatever the last changes made on one are synced onto the other.  Even though its set on Synchronize, it (seemingly) is only taking Outlook appts and putting them on the Handheld, not vice versa.  For example, the same appointment was duplicated at 11am and 9am on Outlook, and was also at 9am on the Handheld.  I deleted the 9am appt on the Handheld, thinking it would delete the 9am on Outlook, but instead Outlook just put he 9am entry back on the handheld!

Any ideas on why it isn't synching?

RE: Deleting appts on handheld, then syncing, won't delete on Outlook

I had this happen to me once.
To correct I did a hard reset on the palm, which erased all the data on the palm and my profile. I then did a sync and all has been well from then on.

Hope that helps.
