We are evaluating the IVR options in the Market to change our systems,
Any idea of what are the best ones ??

What do you want it to do?, What equipment must it integrate with? Hands off turnkey or do you wish to build it?

I put in a couple of Intervoice system. Easy to install, but hard to setup. There Tech support staff and programing staff are A1.
