PowerChute Business Edition NW6

We have installed just the agent for PowerChute Business Edition on 2 different servers, to 2 different UPS models.  Everything seems to work fine for a while, and then we lose connection to the UPS.  We need to start the service again to get the connection up, and then after a while we lose the connection again.  Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't know if you have resolved this issue w/ PWChute BE & Netware 6 but we are experiencing the same problem. APC was no help & we are currnetly trying to find some answers on our own.
