Vanishing point

Vanishing point

(OP)
I am looking for a way to create screen shots which appear to have a vanishing point - you know where say the left side of the image appears to be closer than the right side.
Imagine you have a photograph in front of you, holding it with both hands equal distance from your eyes, then using your right hand, you push the righ side of the photo away from you so that you are viewing the photo at a 45 degree angle - is there away to create this effect in livemotion ?, plugin ??

RE: Vanishing point

What type of "screenshot" are you wanting to use?
Are we talking about a capture or the like?

There is a plugin on adobes website that can draw a perspective grid (really only helpful for accuracy). Then you can draw a box of a size that you are looking for and use the pen selection tool to move the points into alignment with the grid. You can then apply what ever image as texture that you wish, not the best soulution, but the best I'm aware of using only live motion.
That works best for creating new images rather than using a pre existing photos as the fill is independant of the object.
If however you have photoshop or the like, or illustrator, you can create the object in them and just place them in your composition.Which I'm guessing you don't or you would'nt have posted this question.
