Btrieve 7.0/Novell 5/Windows 2000 - 100% CPU

We are running Btrieve 7.0 on our Novell 5.0 server.  While using Sun Systems product which uses Btrieve I am seeing 100% utilization on all of my Windows 2000 servers.  I am mainly trying to get it to work on Metaframe XP FR2/Windows 2000 SP3 but have been able to duplicate the issue on any of my Windows 2000 servers.  Any ideas??

I should also mention that we have the Novell 4.83 SP1 client installed on these servers.

When I trace the process it opens multiple threads.  If I start 2 sessions it uses 50% of the processor for each.  It will release the processor for another application but immediately grabs the processor back.
