Sorry OdBut, you will have to purchase that information from IBM. There is no published solution for this problem. I have been trying to break into these units for two years now with no luck. I do know that the password is stored on the system module in the chip that is closest to the EIA 232 port; however, I do not know what else is stored on that chip (i.e. Serial No., Part No., etc.), because if you are lucky enough to own a chip copier/writer, you could always copy a chip from one that you do know the password to.![[ponder]](/data/assets/smilies/ponder.gif "[ponder] [ponder]")
