ACCPAC Print is larger than normal!!!!

ACCPAC Print is larger than normal!!!!

ACCPAC Print is larger than normal!!!!

(OP)
I have users who are running ACCPAC on Win 9x and Win2k pro. My problem is this...When they print the G/L or anything for that matter...the font is fairly big. I have tried to change the driver in ACCPAC but nothing seems to work. By the way, the are printing to a HP5si and a HP8150DN

RE: ACCPAC Print is larger than normal!!!!

Backup then delete the *_p.ism files, close Accpac then restart Accpac (this will only affect that particular log on.  ie you will have to go through this process for every user.)  These *_p.ism files will, be recreated by the system when you restart Accpac.

Delete the printer driver software and reinstall this driver.

This solved our problems.
