Recover the formatted data files?

Recover the formatted data files?

(OP)
Hello there,
I accidently formatted my cd-rw which contained my important data files. After formatted the CD-RW disk with ICD software, the message from that software said "it's not physically formatted, the files could be recover". However, I don't know how to get my files back. If any one know how to recover those file, please give me your advise. I really appreciate your help and time.
Best regards,

SpringTek
