Scheduled Report to Printer Fails - Seagate Info 7.5

When scheduling a print job to send to a printer, the job fails with no explanation. I can open the report from the server in Info Desktop in the designer mode, choose file and print and the report prints.
The printer I am printing to is a network printer, and that printer has been installed on the server.

I have also made sure the Info Server had rights for printing.

Any info would be appreciated.
 
Is your printer a Novell Network Printer? I've had problems with them in Crystal Enterprise. As a resolution, you could try to install the printer on the server as a TCP/IP Printer.
 
I am not to saavy when it comes to networking. I'm new to the industry, so please bear with me. Actually, our print server is running on Windows 2000 and the printer we are testing on was added to the Info Server and points to the print server. Thanks for your reply.
 
Info sometimes has problems with printer names if they are long or contain spaces such as "\\server\printer hp2100 second floor etc...". Is this the case with the printer on your server? If so, changing the name might help, too.

Without more information, I can't be more specific.
