If you sync with Outlook, Microsoft Word can read the Outlook database. Set up a mail merge with Outlook as your data source. Word also has a nifty tool for all sorts of labels. IIRC, it's under the tools menu, called addresses and labels.
Works like a charm. I've never tried it with data from my Palm, but I've done lots of mail merges this way out of Outlook.
