ASP & Blob data

ASP & Blob data

ASP & Blob data

Is that possible that ASP can read data from blob data from interbase database and show as picture?

Please advice,

RE: ASP & Blob data

BLOB data can be anything you like - if it is an image, you need to start a stream that gets the data from the column and sends it to the webbrowser as a gif/jpg/other format...

If you don't mind, could you give me more info or example code to do this please? I don't know much about that.

Please advice,

RE: ASP & Blob data

I have no idea of ASP code ... but I do think you can get images via some kind of ISAPI or CGI thingy...

You might want to check www.ibphoenix.com - it has some info about ASP.

Also, subscribe to "ib-support@yahoogroups.com" - there are a couple of people with ASP experience there.
