Hi!!!...

Anytime, the technicall group did install MicroStrategy, but for any reason, Microstrategy funcionallities are not recognized...

1. What's the reason about that?

2. How I can install mentioned funcs. now? I should re-install MicroStrategy?

Sorry I don't exactly understand what your problem is. You might want to try technical support in your part of the country.

Which functionallities? Could you be more specific?

The absence of functionality may be attributed to the cd key used to install the software.  The cd key is based off of the liscence that was signed between your company and MicroStrategy.  It may also be related to your user login, which may or may not include Administrative privileges.  If you have Admin rights, see the first part of this post.
