Don't quite understand what you mean,
are you referring to the InstallShield
program that installs Sidekick?
If that is the case then see:

Dear chifan,
What error message comes up (If any)?

At what stage into the install does it
happen?

What are you logged in as?
(AFAIK You have to be logged in as
Administrator to install on WinNT Win2000 or XP)

Have you any more info that may point us to a
solution?

There are no error msgs. It comes up with the install shield and then disappears. Then nothing happens. Yes I am logged in as an admine. Both as a local admin and also as a domain admin.

I have the same problem where the install shield goes up to 99% then freezes - Tried the rebooting and renaming the wininit, checking the registry but nothing goes...
